THE PROCESS

CONSTRUCTING THE SYSTEMI began by building a structure to contain belief.

The 7/12 grid became my doctrine—every margin, size, and spacing tied to it.

Logo tests, type pairings, and proportional studies followed, each iteration a form of practice.

MATERIAL TESTSDesign met resistance in the physical world.

Bottles sourced from PackMy, paper from Paperpoint.

Tests with Dinkums revealed flaws—printing too early, ink too bright.

Wax melted, cracked, and re-poured.

Each repetition closed the gap between idea and reality.

DOCUMENTING THE RITUALI recorded each act—the pour, the seal, the stamp.

Lighting built from scrap cardboard and white sheets.

Filmed on iPhone, edited by hand.

The camera became witness to process, not spectacle.
